WHY STUDY COMPUTERS AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY?

Do you like using graphics and photo editing software applications? Then you should consider enrolling
and studying a course in Computers and Digital Technology. You would be working as part of a team to:

• Translate ideas from layout ‘roughs’ into images suitable for graphic reproduction
• Draw objects, diagrams or chards and write, copy and develop illustrations
• Update, design and develop web pages
• Use computer-generated graphic techniques such as drawing and typography to produce art work

You will learn to develop a good eye for details and be able to work to deadlines. Work with graphic
artists as well as designed materials to produce commercial application documentation. Be a
photographer and take digital photos of people, landscapes and art – both in school and outside. Be
hands on with computer technology.
